Biography

Mustafa Çağlıyan, who graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, started his professional life during his undergraduate education and experienced theory and practice together. In addition to following the legal follow-up and consultancy processes of many banks and companies, he has also worked in the field of insurance law. Within NAM LAW OFFICE, he continues to work on Banking and Finance Law, Litigation, Real Estate and Lease Law, Immigration Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Administrative and Tax Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Contracts Law, Arbitration and Mediation, Foreign Investment and Citizenship Law.
